Member Tour Instructions

• You will see several buttons at the bottom of the tour in the toolbar (pictured below).  These buttons allow you to rewind, fast forward, and pause the tour, or jump to a particular portion of the tour.
  
  
  
• If you would like to pause the tour and continue it at a later time, click on  the Pause button ().  To resume, click on the Play button ().
• To fast forward to the next page, click on the Next Frame button ().  To replay a prior page, click the Prior Frame button ().  You will find these buttons useful if the tour is moving too quickly or too slowly for you.

To view the tour now, choose the option that fits you best:

Member Services Online Tour (all areas except the Decision Support Center)		Decision Support Center Tour (a subset of Member Services Online)
High Quality Medium Quality		High Quality Medium Quality
High Quality: Best option for broadband users (cable modem, DSL, LAN, etc.). Medium Quality: Best option for dial-up users. Note: You will need Flash Player to view the tour. If you do not have Flash installed, you will automatically be given the option to download it. The tour may take a few moments to load, depending on your connection speed.
