AvMed Wants You to Quit!  Smoke Enders® Can Help!


We want to help you take an important step toward leading a healthier lifestyle with our smoking cessation program.  As an AvMed member you are entitled to SMOKENDERS®, a reimbursable* smoking cessation program.  The "Learn How to Quit Kit", is an easy to follow behavioral system designed to teach you how to quit smoking successfully.  You can order the program in 3 convenient ways:

AvMed members pay the kit fees up front and after completing the 7-week program, file for reimbursement* from AvMed.  The member must be a member in good standing with AvMed when beginning and ending the program.

To receive reimbursement*, send your receipt (or copy of canceled check) along with a letter stating your QUIT DATE to:
