AvMed's eClient Services - eEnroll

Enroll complete family groups, add dependents, change some of the demographics information for any member, and unsubscribe one or more dependents from our system.  All changes are completed online and are effective in one to two business days.  Use AvMed eEnroll to:
  • Obtain an electronic version of the Employee Enrollment form to instantly enroll subscribers and/or dependents.
     
  • Get an electronic version of the Employee Status Change Form to instantly terminate subscribers and/or dependents.
     
  • Make administrative changes to existing enrollments.
     
  • Extend coverage through COBRA.
