Doing business with AvMed is easy, and you don’t have to be appointed with us to quote a group.  Contact one of our regional offices in your area to get a quote.

We'll give you an AvMed Vendor Number and appoint you once you have sold your first group with us.  There is no cost to you for becoming appointed with AvMed.  All you have to do is fill out the forms in this section.
